Purpose

 The purpose of the Texas Rice Festival Upper Classman Scholarship is to encourage and assist deserving young men and women desiring to further their college education. The award will be $3,000 to a previous Texas Rice Festival scholarship recipient. 

Eligibility

 Students currently enrolled in college who are previous recipients of any Texas Rice Festival scholarship who have completed at least 4 semesters of college.
